Agua presurizada y cocina equipada a full. Esta esta en una calle tranquila pero a unos minutos a pie de todos los servicios supermercado, plaza comercial Altabrisa, cines, restaurantes, hospitales, lavandería. La casa tiene estacionamiento para un auto, pero no es estrictamente necesario tener auto.
