Situated close to Reagan's Park, this 52m2 flat is a comfortable 15-minute walk to the beach and has great transport links to the city centre. Tram and bus stops are just outside and the SKM train station is only 15 minutes away on foot. A stone's throw away there's a large shopping centre with a supermarket, a variety of shops, coffee shops and food outlets. 4th floor with access via stairs.

You’ll love the place because of the private garden, children's amenities, lighting, & close proximity to the beach (20 min walk). Good for couples who want a relaxing atmosphere or families (with kids). We try for all things green (organic). The apartment is ideal for a family with two children. There is a high-chair, trampoline, so many toys, and private garden.

The proximity of the park means you will fall asleep with the fresh scent of the pine trees and the sea breeze and wake up to the gentle singing of birds.

Comfortable cabin with playground for kids.

Our cabins consists of a cozy living room connected to the kitchenette (fully equipped) and a bathroom on the ground floor and two double bedrooms in the attic. The roofed terrace in front of the house is the perfect place for an evening conversation and quiet moments in the company of loved ones. A large plot, concrete grills, hammocks and a playground for children are the definite advantages of our place. You're welcome!
