Camps Bay Gorgeous Bright Spacious Home

Wake up to beautiful mountain views at a spacious, open-plan family home with plenty of natural light. Revitalise body & mind in the luxurious bath, or unwind on an outdoors just a block from idyllic Camps Bay beach. 6 adults, 2 children = total 8 guests Stunning open-plan space leading onto huge garden and pool with magnificent views of Lion's Head which is truly amazing to hike up & one of the best free things to do whilst in Cape Town. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern bathrooms & the entire property renovated as per the photos. Entire property is available for guests. Update on the water situation here in Cape Town: Level 6b restrictions were placed in effect on the 1st February. Daily water consumption per person has been limited to 50 litres. There is adequate water for tourists; essential daily needs such as washing, using the toilet, and daily hygiene. During peak season (November – January) international tourists only add 1% to the population of the Western Cape. This number drops from April – September. If visitors follow the daily usage guideline the impact would therefore be negligible. The tourism sector supports approximately 300 000 much needed jobs across the Western Cape - it is vital to preserve these jobs. "Day Zero" has been avoided for 2018, therefore water will not be cut off. However, travellers need to remain mindful of the drought and practice water-wise tourism when visiting. At present, visitors are able to shower and maintain daily hygiene. The majority of tourism establishments have put in place measures to ensure their water usage is reduced, and many have developed plans for alternative supplies. Recommended guidelines suggest a shower of 90 seconds. The use of baths is entirely discouraged. More than available to assist with any queries or information required during your stay - with pleasure! We go the extra mile - there's less competition there! Camps Bay is a trendy suburb seven minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Set against the impressive backdrop of Table Mountain, Camps Bay beach is one of the city's largest and most beautiful areas. Public transport is literally a few metres away along the beach front. UBER is super popular too. Guests choose UBER especially over the crazy summer season - much easier! The property though offers a double garage plus off-street parking so if hiring a car, then no problem at all NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER - only on the patio outside and the garden. Check-out is 11am Check-in 2pm Either myself, my Dad, or brothers, Russ and Dean will be available to meet and give all guests access.

WE NOW HAVE SOLAR POWER! With uninterrupted electricity and beautiful views, serenity awaits at this spacious Camps Bay house. Eat breakfast al fresco while enjoying stunning mountain views. Cool down in the large pool and leafy garden in the afternoons. Enjoy sun downers on the large veranda overlooking the ocean. There aren't many Camps Bay properties as large and leafy as ours. Trees provide welcome shade around +- 40% of the pool, for those hot summer days. Situated on a quiet street of Camps Bay, our "Tree House" is a comfortable home boasting a spectacular view of the Twelve Apostles mountain range. From the veranda is a sea view with beautiful sunsets. The large swimming pool, trampoline, wendy-house and jungle gym make it a great place for children. Security: Electric fence and alarm system. Burglar bars on all opening windows. 4 bedrooms, one king size bed, one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds. sleeps 8. Newly renovated bathroom with double shower and 2 basins, toilet. New en-suite in second bedroom. Third bathroom has a shower and toilet. Large kitchen fully equipped for everyday family use and with basic supplies. Dedicated guest linen, pillows and towels provided. Crisp white cotton linen, guest house standard. Bedrooms are quiet at night - at night the road is mostly only used by residents. Pool and large garden. No garage, but private off street parking for three cars available in the drive way. Interaction by email and telephone (calls and sms and watsapp). Situated on a quiet road in Camps Bay, it's a 3-minute walk to Camps Bay Drive, where you'll find a deli and convenience store. A 15-20 minute walk to Camps Bay beach and a 5-10 minute walk to Beta Beach, a small beach, with huge boulders and a protected bay, ideal for families with children. Convenient public transport 2-3 minutes away. Check in/out flexible as far as possible - by prior arrangement Where possible, we will assist in arranging a cleaner. Children's haven: jungle gym, trampoline and wendy house, large pool. Pool is maintained 3 times a week.

Selbourne Lodge is a two-level modern town house with spectacular sea view and a contemporary interior. It offers a stylish open-plan lounge, dining- and kitchen area that leads to a charming outside terrace with BBQ facilities and a mini garden. The first floor houses two bedrooms; the master suite offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the bedroom leads onto a Sundeck with a panoramic sea view perfect for enjoying Cape Town’s picturesque sunsets.The Bedroom has an air conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. In the event that a guest has departed the same day as a new guest is arriving, new guests are welcome to drop off their baggage before 14:00 hours.Once cleaning is complete 'check in' can be done. I will personally welcome you. Should I be out of town, a co-host will welcome you, or you can use the self check-in option. The townhouse is nestled in a cul-de-sac at the foot of Lions Head. Coffee shops, restaurants, and the famous Sea Point beach promenade are just five minutes' walk away. Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and Clifton Beach are situated close by. My City buses and taxis are available from High Level and Main road, only a couple of minutes walking distance; Uber taxis are available within the whole of Cape Town, and are an easy, convenient, and inexpensive way of getting around avoiding traffic congestion and parking. Netflix is available for your entertainment; Wi-fi: unlimited 4mps line. For guests who book for more than 7 days, I offer a Extra Cleaning Service' of the apartment, after 7 days, or more frequently if requested, which includes laundering and changing the bed linen and towels, at a cost of R 400 payable direct to my cleaning staff. This cleaning session takes around 3-4 hours.

Very secure, central living in beautiful WIND FREE Bantry Bay. Expansive deck, indigenous garden, outside eating under the vines. Access to great restaurants - Camps Bay and Sea Point. Very unsuitable for small children. Access via many steps both up and down. Below the deck is a big wall and drop.

You’ll love the ocean views and the spectacular sunsets. Walk down the Clifton Steps to Victoria Road and then down to 2nd beach. Camps Bay is a stroll down the scenic Kloof Road and the V&A Waterfront a 10 minute drive. My place is great for 3 couples, business travellers, and families (plus sleeper couch for extra kids). 2 cars park securely, high speed fibre Wi-fi and Cable Tv with air conditioning in all the rooms and lock-up and go electric shutters with an alarm and security response.

Mountain House is perched at the top of Camps Bay . The house has three bedrooms two with queen size beds, one with a double bed . It has two bathroom areas, two showers one bath , two toilets. A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .
