You may even be lucky enough to see the Grand Canyon Railroad train pass by on its daily trip to the canyon. You'll be just a half hour from the park entrance (about as close as you can get without staying in a hotel or camping at the canyon).

The Birds Nest is a 2 story loft.

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

Our home is located in a fantastic setting with great views, easy access to the Rim trail and a convenient evening stroll to local restaurants. Enjoy private access to this large studio apartment. The studio, located above the garage is your own private space. . A wonderful space with a queen bed, a trundle bed which is 2 twin beds, bathroom with shower, living area and balcony. We will consider a dog on case by case basis. There will be a $35 pet fee if allowed.The pet fee is per dog.

Tree Top Vista. Red rock views

You are floating up in the treetops, looking out on stunning red rock views, private hiking trail straight out your door to some of the best hikes in Sedona. Coffeepot, sugarloaf for sunset, thunder mountain, chimney rock, soldiers pass, all accessible from our house. Peaceful, only property at end of road. your own meditation room, private back yard, it's worth the stairs to get there, 1 1/2 flight and a ladder to the loft, master bedroom has no ladder. A place to unwind and find peace.

This listing is for a private loft space with two bedrooms in the center of downtown overlooking route 66. We have shared our home with over 300 guests over the past 7 years and are now traveling more and opening it up as a private listing with a second bedroom. Our warehouse converted apartment truly is in the very center of downtown and is surrounded by Flagstaff's finest restaurants, bars and shopping and across the street from the station for Amtrak, PHX shuttle and several buses.
