Beautiful and quiet country house with a spacious backyard with a grill/BBQ zone. Perfect for relaxing and get-togethers . It is located a few blocks away from a botanical garden and Alejandro Rangel's Museum in Nogueras and really close to Comala. Take a ride on our bikes around town, down to the river and visit the near by Lakes "Carrizalillos" and "La María" and their delicious gastronomic passage full of local, unique flavors. Suite Cardón is a stand-alone unit featuring rammed earth walls, a generous indoor-outdoor en suite bathroom, a work area, a large closet and wardrobe, and two twin beds that can be moved side-by-side to form a king-size bed that encourages more restful sleep than a fully shared bed. We designed much of the property to utilize passive cooling with sustainability in mind, so this suite stays lovely and cool. It has a ceiling fan to keep it fresh and breezy during the warmest months.

2 bedrooms, air conditioning in each one. Stove downstairs and upstairs. Sofa bed for 1 person, bathroom and laundry center on the upper floor. Pool, bathroom, lounge chairs, and downstairs recreational area. Little influx of cars, super comfortable for long stays. Cookware included, Washer, Blender, Coffee maker and refrigerator. 15 minutes from downtown Colima, departure to Manzanillo fast. Magical town of Comala 15 minutes away, various rivers from 15 minutes. Free tips.

Modern, comfortable and excellent location, a few blocks from the 3rd peripheral ring, grocery stores, Walmart, pharmacies, restaurants, kiosks, hospitals, banks and the Sendera shopping center. 10 mins to Comala Upstairs full bathroom, bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning, the other room with two single beds, ceiling fan and 32-inch television. On the first floor, dining room, kitchen, refrigerator, stove, half bathroom, television.

Casa Santa Julia, IMSS, Cómala, 3rd. Ring

Take the whole family to this fantastic place with many areas to have fun. Periferico ring, department stores, (Walmart, Soriana, Farmacia Guadalajara) health services near clinica Union, very close to Cómala, fast highway exit roads, near IMSS, it has a garage for a vehicle with cancel, walking areas, wooded area, so the house does not have any steps inside ideal for post-operated, wheelchair or crutches.

Small corner house on the outskirts of the town of Villa de Álvarez (Colonia Villa Fuentes). The house is very cozy, clean, hygienic, tidy, private and safe. There is A/C in the bedroom, electric gate in the covered patio, Netflix, washing machine, among other comfortable amenities. Note: At the front of the house (attached to the bench) there is also rented by Airbnb a room with independent access.
