El apartamento está en el verdadero corazón de Madrid, a escasos metros de la Plaza Mayor y de la Puerta del Sol, y a poca distancia de la Gran Vía. Cercano asimismo de la estaciòn del ave de Atocha, está rodeado de tres paradas de metro cercanas: "Sol", "Sevilla" y "Antón Martín". Conectado con el resto de Madrid con la mayoría de líneas de autobuses de la ciudad. Inmejorable localización para desplazarse a cualquier punto de la capital o al aeropuerto. El apartamento cuenta con una cama doble en el dormitorio principal una cómoda cama supletoria individual (80x2,00) en la sala de estar y, a petición de los huéspedes, una cuna-parque para niños menores de 3-4 años. Acceso a terraza con vistas a la catedral e iglesias del Madrid histórico, con mesa para 4 personas. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a renovated traditional building with lift. There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. The Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid. There are quite a few nightlife spots, though the area is best known as having the best concentrations of tapas bars. Sometimes referred to as El Madrid de los Austrias, La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid, the Islamic citadel inside the city walls, which maintains a peculiar urban layout similar to the medieval distribution with narrow streets and large squares. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car. The main bedroom is on the second floor, which it has total independency.

Metro station "la latina" which is located only 150 meter from the apartment, will take you every where you need to get to in the city. apart of it there are bus stations right next to the apartment. Signorial and generous apartment in Gran Vía Madrid

Spacious apartment, special for large groups of friends or family. Located in one of the most central areas in Madrid. The entire apartment with each of its rooms and common areas such as the living room, kitchen and dining room. I can be contacted through the phone. A few meters from the famous Madrid Vertebra, the apartment allows you to walk to much of the cultural and leisure areas of the capital. The best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by taxi. You can also get there by taking the subway you must get off at the Gran Via or Callao stop.
