Brand new stylish home for families or friends to come and relax and unwind. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Ducted air conditioning through out, Smart Tv ,WIFI, dishwasher, large deck and BBQ also laundry with washing machine and dryer. Located at the beach and the lake there is plenty to get outside to go explore. This house is the 2nd house(back house) on one block. Its private and has large fences dividing the two. Owner lives in front house. NO PARTYS ALLOWED

Rest, eat, sleep, repeat!! Enjoy the comfort of our renovated home. Perfect sleeping arrangements for 2 families or 1! The kids will be entertained with the beach at the front and park at the rear. Check in at 3pm and checkout at 11am. If there is no back to back bookings I may be able to accomodate earlier check in upon request. Everything in walking distance!
