Close to wine country, breweries and cideries, Bristol Mountain skiing, downtown shopping, restaurants, and less than 30 min. to Roch. Enjoy CMAC which is walkable, or the NYS Wine Ctr. A great walking and biking area with easy access to the City Pier and great sunsets from the front porch or sunrises from the back deck!
