nice townhouse in a quiet area 200 m from the city center of Toucy to spend weekends and holidays with family or friends. You have a garage for your car and a small terrace equipped for outdoor dining. The house is 1/4 hour from St Fargeau Castle and Guédelon. The departure of the small tourist train is 3 minutes from the house as well as the 6th favorite market in France (Saturday morning).

House of 80 m2 in the heart of Bourges, between cathedral and marsh, totally renovated. Appendix to my main house, it sometimes welcomes my big children. Ideal for 5 people, it can accommodate up to 7 (BZ sofa of 140 in the living room), has a reserved parking. Large garden to share with the owner. Note: on the 1st floor, you have to go through the small room to access the other.
