We are less than 2 Miles to West Bay, Downtown Traverse City and grocery stores. This quiet location has its own private entrance with plenty of parking for your boat toys. There is on 27.5 private acres to explore with a mile trail and Stanley Creek running thru the property. It has 1/4 mile driveway, very private, comfortable space. There is wildlife about. It has plenty of space for parking a boat trailer with easy access to power outlets. There is a fire pit with wood to burn available.
