Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. In 2023, the condominiums were designed and constructed in the ground level which is sixteen steps below street level. In the early 1900s this space was used as a hardware store.
