We are not in Megève but I built my cottage in 2010 with 3 bedrooms, with extra charge a crib and an umbrella bed for the little ones, fully equipped kitchen open to large living room, internet with fiber, wood fireplace and pellet stove, reversible air conditioning in the living room, shower bathroom and bathtub,a large 2200 m² wooded lot with outbuildings ,the pool was removed in September 2024 ,two outdoor terraces and barbecue. Our house is located in a wooded park of 3000 m2 where is also our main residence. If you love the countryside our house will seduce you. The village is quiet, you find a bar grocery store, a bakery . Our house has direct access to the greenway which allows long walks on foot or by bike. Vichy is a 5-minute drive away, bus connections are in place. You can relax in our heated pool (in season), also used by our family.

TOURIST FURNITURE CLASS ***. Very nice apartment located in front of the gardens of Napoleon III, you only have to cross the street and you are in the parks. 50 m from the thermal baths in a very quiet environment and not overlooked, which is a plus for the accommodation. The city centre is within a 5-minute walk. The location of the apartment makes it possible to discover on foot the spa, the natural areas.
