Sponge weekends, fishing weeks, or just-it-or-it weeks. Very peaceful, pleasant and lakeside holiday accommodation in the pasture and agricultural landscape in the middle of Lake Mälaren. One hour from Stockholm. Fishing (pike, perch, pike-perch) on their own fishing grounds and fine mushroom- and hiking areas. At Oknön/Söderby you live at the end of the road in a quiet environment, with a peace and quiet that is hard to find in such a central region as Mälardalen. Own car is recommended. Bikes to hire. Boat to rent according to separt agreement.

The house is very spacious with 4 bedrooms + 1 bedroom in guest house with connection to the house and offers ample space for both family and friends. Both house and plot with large terrace are fully furnished, 50 meters from its own jetty that has a swimming area. In the house there is both a sauna as well as a fireplace and two tiled stoves that brighten the stay.

Sit back and relax in this newly built (2023) home of approx. 30 sqm with a generous single deck. Here you live close to nature with proximity to both forest and sea and it is only 250 meters to the swimming area. Shop is 10 minutes away by car. The house has all the amenities and has a tasteful decor. The sleeping loft has a nice spring mattress, 160 cm wide. Dining area for 4 persons and a high quality sofa bed which with a simple grip turns into a comfortable bed 160 cm wide.
