Wonderful studio apartment

Super luminoso, cálido y funcional, con todo muy cerca y muy bien conectado con el resto de la ciudad. Hermosa terraza con vista al Río de la Plata con barbacoa para poder disfrutar de un trago o una deliciosa carne uruguaya a la parrilla.

Very nice apartment(cozy, tasteful and with everything you need for a comfortable stay )located in POCITOS STEPS from the SEA , ideal area either to walk, walk, jog along the Rambla , surrounded by bars ,rests and boutiques and nearby 2 shopping centers. It is a beautiful apartment, very bright, all its environments are overlooking the beach. It is located in one of the best areas in Montevideo in terms of beauty and safety. It is located very close to Punta Carretas Shopping, where there are all kinds of shopping venues, Spa, gym and restaurants. Two blocks away is Villa Biarritz Fair, where they sell our handicrafts. There is a lot of locomotion in the area allowing easy movement around the city.

Apartment in front of Río de la Plata in Ciudad Vieja. It is located on an eighth floor with an incredible view. The building and apartment are new. Living room with integrated kitchen and balcony. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two beds (sea bed). Full bathroom. It has large windows, it is super illuminated. The building has a concierge service between 8 and 22 hours.
