FULLY SELF-CONTAINED STAY 🧹Clean well kept private accommodation for your sole use. The guest suite is set up similar to a one bedroom adjoining flat. (Area= 53 sqm.) It’s attached but divided at the end of a main residence. You have two private entrances. LOCATION Situated in a rural residential beachside village on South Arm Peninsula. ⛱️ Access to beaches & the coastal walking track are all close by. MISLEADING 📌 We are NOT right on FORT beach. Algorithm fault by Bnb, yet to be rectified.

This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

English woman Antoinette Pignon Powle built the cottage in the 1860s, making it one of Bruny Island's oldest homes. Originally named Oakchester, it is also known to locals as Mr. Wisby's Cottage - when Antoinette made a pilgrimage to the Holy Land, she asked her neighbor to look after the house.
