We are happy that you are interested in our beautiful 68m² apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, so that you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes on foot, for example. Nearby there is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can walk around in about 2h-2,5h with a nice walk in nature. Hello, the house offers plenty of space, it is located about 5 km from the air spa town Plau am See. I have a large bathroom, a children's room with lots of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside our farm there is a playground and we also have some animals ( sheep, chickens, ducks, pigeons and a hangover ) -> IMPORTANT -> the price is for 2 adults + 1 child up to 3 years Unfortunately, I'm unable to enter a supplement on Airbnb based on age and length of stay.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernised. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

From the living and dining room you have a fantastic view over fields and meadows, where wildlife can also be watched.
