The apartment is a modern, spacious, and tidy, ideal for families. It offers a delightful experience. Located on the ground floor, it boasts a cozy terrace of 24 m2. This feature provides a shaded area during the hottest parts of the day, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. If you're in the mood for a swim, the beach is a mere 100 meters away, stretching along a magnificent 2800-meter coastline. The sea is crystal clear and the surrounding nature offers picturesque setting.

Our house has 3 fully air-conditioned 4* apartments renovated in 2017, pool and a large garden area that everyone can use. It is a 7-minute walk to the ocean, a 10-minute walk to Ika and a 15-minute walk to the centre of Lovran. Two supermarkets can be reached on foot. The nearest major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the yard.

The apartment is located in a house with 8 apartments, close to supermarket and 900 meters far from the beach and the center. Each apartment has a private balcony and ground floor apartments also have a private terrace. A shared barbecue and swimming pool are at your disposal. Each apartment has ONE associated parking space. There is NO Internet and there is NO washing machine.

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The views from the blacony are breathtaking. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away.
