beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults suitable. One bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bath is available. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

Wechsel immer freitags.

Exceptional cottage in the small district of Kuhle directly at the northernmost point of the Wieker Bodden with great views of the Bodden and the fishing village of Wiek, large child-friendly property (1400m²) and direct access to the kite, surf and fishing area over the small Kuhler harbor! Here you can spend a holiday with relaxation, biking, fishing, swimming, diving, kiting, surfing, horseback riding and also art and culture in the still quite original Rügen.

There is a flat screen, wifi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in worse weather. The beach promenade is a 1-minute walk away and the harbour is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station you walk to us for about 30 minutes. There is a bus stop or bike rental nearby. Parking is right by the house. The spa tax in the high season is 1.50 €/day/adult, otherwise 1.00 €.

A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with trees, seating, barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.
