Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

The house is situated in the village Bockwen, only 5 minutes away from the old town of Meißen. In this region you ca hike, make a bike trip, a bout tour or you can drink a delicious wine of Saxony. An eventful day you should spend the evening on the terrace or you can relaxe in our big garden. You sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a comfortable box spring couch (permanent sleeper). On your balcony you can end the day with a glass of wine. A personal parking space in the backyard belongs to the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the district Pieschen with supermarket, doner, baker, butcher etc.

Nearby are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterzgebirge.

Gretel's favorite place

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. You are in the middle of the nature, here fox and rabbit say good night. Your neighborhood is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but you are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
