A beautiful beach house right at the beach with its own stairway into the water and a very spacious terrasse with an outstanding view over the Filipino Sea and the neighbouring islands Siquijor, Cebu and Mindanao. It's located in a safe condo (with security guard at night) and exremely quiet and calm - no street noise, no roosters, no karaoke, no noisy neighbours. The only thing you will hear is the calm swooshing of the waves. In the morning enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Siquijor Island.
