In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and a further couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also very welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the juicy pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (approx. 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (approx. 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why travelling by car is recommended. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
