Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Our newly built farmhouse houses two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cosy corner. There is TV and WiFi. Possibility to rent a baby cot or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is situated in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg center and only 1.5 km to the airport.

From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep.
