Casa 929 es un conjunto de dos casas dentro de un gran terreno que se encuentra a 30 minutos de Quito en la parroquia de Uyumbicho. La primera casa tiene una capacidad maxima para 25 hospedados, cuenta con: jacuzzi interior, Internet, 2TVs, NETFLIX y DISNEY+, estufa, refri, micro, vídeo vigilancia, pérgola, cancha de fútbol. El alquiler se lo puede hacer solo hospedaje, sin hospedaje (eventos) o una combinación de las dos. El valor mostrado corresponde a 4 personas hospedadas.

Peaceful and centrally-located place. A complete cozy cottage behind the Mauli Spa. This cabin is surrounded by beautiful gardens and it’s equipped with AC, queen bed, a couch where you can watch TV with Netflix, free Wifi, fully furnished kitchen, modern bathroom with closet and hot water. Very nice balcony with a hammock, where you can spend time relaxing and enjoy the sounds of the birds. The sound levels must be respected during business hours as the spa is nearby.

The 12 acres space features a cozy house, a wooden pavilion and private trail of 400 meters to access the Tatalá river. During your stay, you can also explore near by some well-know birdwatching hotspots, observe the local fauna and flora and even adventure to visit the Tatalá waterfall. This charming two story cottage, known as Casa Verde, is located on a delightful organic farm 5 minutes outside of Cotacachi (15 minutes from Otavalo and 1.5 hrs from Quito).
