Without doubt you have to visit us. You can use all the apartment and the terrace. I will be conected to you to help you with your needs (booking, taxis, information...) Restaurants and pitxos area. A very quiet place. A good option to discover the city and have a relaxing time just in the downtown. Just in front Kursaal, International Film Cinema Festival and Victoria Eugenia’s Theatre. Independent apartment studio 5 minutes away from the beach. Excellent views over the Bay of San Sebastian, lots of light, 5 windows, all exterior and new; work/eat/cooking area/, kitchen utensils, full bathroom with large shower; large double sofa bed of 1.50x2.00, continental breakfast, Wifi, TV. We are in a quiet and very safe residential area a few minutes from downtown walking around the Bay or by bus. Free paid parking on the same street.

WE ARE BACK! El Apartamento Boulevard hará de tu estancia algo inolvidable. Situado en un lugar inmejorable, frente a la parte vieja y la playa de La Concha, en pleno boulevard Donostiarra. Delightful family Basque villa in the heart of nature, very sunny at the foot of the mountains. Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train,Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. Outside of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber which allows remote working if necessary.
