It is 3.5 km from the town center and 1.9 km from the first beach. The house is located at the beginning of the village, along many vineyards, and is surrounded by a large, very beautiful garden.

Our one-room apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, only 15 minutes' walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the nearest beach. In the immediate vicinity, about a 2-minute walk away, there is a mini market, a stand with local fruits and vegetables, and several restaurants. The apartment has a private balcony overlooking the garden and greenery.

This cozy apartment is located in quiet neighborhood in Rovinj. Distance to the city center of Rovinj is 15 minutes walking and the first beach (Porton Biondi Beach) is 10 minutes walking (800 meters). The nearest food market is 5 mins walk.
