Top renovated cottage with large pool in prime location on Nikolaushöhe in Würzburg. A beautiful, unobstructed view of the city, a few kilometers to the city of Mitte. The house is in the middle of vineyards, fields, in the recreational area Frankenwarte only 5 min. Walking distance to the well-known excursion destination "Käppele". The expansive garden has a large Pool area, terraces with seating and sunbathing area, outdoor kitchen with gas grill. There is a playground and children's playroom.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 15 minutes from Würzburg and Tauberbischofsheim. Go shopping in Wertheim Village. Hike the area vineyards and castles. Bring your bikes and enjoy the beautiful hills and valleys. It’s all within reach from my 90 year old house. Or just chill with some wine or coffee on the balcony, or take it to go on a short walk up to “Am Kreuz” and enjoy the amazing view from my favorite bench. Come relax and enjoy!

Cosy two bedroom apartment with large bathroom (whirlpool) welcomes you! The apartment is on the 1st floor equipped with wardrobe, desk and small breakfast counter consisting of Nespresso machine, kettle, minibar etc. The "to go" breakfast with tea or coffee and small snacks is served in the morning.
