Directly on the Lower Saxon moor between Diepholz and Sulingen is the lovingly furnished cottage quietly surrounded by nature. On about 73 square meters there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet, and kitchen-living room with pellet stove. Outside in the garden with terrace is a playground, fireplace, charcoal grill, beach chair, table tennis, bicycles, 2 kayaks (for a fee), entrance point approx. 700 m on foot.

Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.

Older house in quiet location

This older house is located in a weekend house area on Lake Dümmer. It offers a large living room with fireplace, a very large terrace, as well as a natural garden and a small kitchen. The house is old and so you have to live with a few quirks. It has so many corners that we do everything we can not always get it really clean. Dogs are welcome. "Non-smoking house"
