In the heart of the Trois Pignons forest, the house is located in a privileged setting with immediate access to climbing sites, 7 minutes from Milly la Forêt and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau. On large forest land of more than 2000 m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50 m² with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with 140 and 160 double beds, a 120 sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, double sink, independent toilet. Sleeps 4/5 or 6 depending on children.

The kitchen opens onto the dining area (15 m²) The living room (18 m²) is south-facing, it is equipped with a convertible sofa bed 140 * 190 cm with very comfortable mattress and two single beds (90 * 190 cm). A door allows it to be completely isolated from the kitchen to make the living room a real second bedroom. The bedroom (14 m²) offers a 160 * 200 cm bed, a storage cabinet and a dresser. The bathroom and an independent toilet. Laundry room with storage.

Nice little quiet village with its art glassware. Located 40 km from Paris, 20 km from Fontainebleau and its forest, 4 km from Dannemois where you can also visit Claude François' Moulin. Small stone house full of charm with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, linen provided. The little plus jacuzzi on the terrace. Small thing to know you have access to a garden but which is common with barbecue (charcoal not provided )
