The apartment is located in the attic and is about 70sqm. One bedroom with double bed, a living room with small sofa bed and balcony, a kitchen with electrical appliances, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a bus stop right outside the front door and the S-Bahn stop is about a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity are beverage markets/ supermarket and a pizzeria.

The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufunger Waldes and below the collegiate church. It is a 5 minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.
