Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

Isidore's home

The house of Isidore, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance completely independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance a small table allows to eat in the shade of glycine. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view on the bay of Eze.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche on the sea. I had a lot of fun renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cape Ferrat. Its central location close to the old city, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.
