The house is delicious, a small Bijoux in the heart of P. S. Giorgio! Close to the station, shopping streets, the sea! Very well served. A refined, elegant environment with attention to details. It offers two floors: in the first there are the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the wooden beamed ceiling, there is a bedroom, with a double bed, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The bedroom is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

L’appartamento si trova in un grande complesso edilizio tra il centro storico ed il porto. Si trova al sesto paiano servito da due ascensori . L’appartamento è costituito da due piani collegati da una scala a chiocciola, dove al primo piano si trova la sala con cucina un grande divano ed il bagno con la vasca . Al secondo piano si trova la camera padronale ed una camera più piccola con letto matrimoniale ed il secondo bagno con la doccia . Ottima posizione e Supermercato proprio sotto casa

In questa casa mio padre e la nostra famiglia hanno vissuto tanti fantastici momenti, cene con amici e serate in allegria a brindare di fronte a fantastici tramonti. L'ospitalità e la condivisione di momenti felici sono la nostra passione e per questo abbiamo pensato di ristrutturare questa meravigliosa casetta per far vivere indimenticabili momenti. E' una casa confortevole dove si respira tranquillità. Il nostro patio con vista mare è ottimo per colazioni, pranzi o aperitivi al tramonto.

Anunforgettable vacation for the whole family.

L´appartamento si trova in un villaggio pieno di verde provvisto di ogni confort con diretto accesso alla spiaggia e senza barriere. Molte famiglie lo scelgono quale luogo ideale per trascorrere le vacanze con i bambini .Campi da tennis, da calcetto, da bocce e due piscine sono a disposizione. Per i piú giovani a Luglio/Agosto c´é un programma di animazione e spettacoli serali. Nel prezzo é incluso ombrellone sdraio e lettino. Ristoranti, e bar sono raggiungibili a piedi.
