Here, the calmness and silence comes here in addition to some birdsong and occasional woodpecker. In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. With nice hiking trails. Only 15 minutes from Gekås in Ullared.

Our lovely guesthouse has one of the west coast's finest views of the ocean and islands. Newly built and airy with high ceilings. The guesthouse is located in a separate part of the garden in a peaceful area just down by the sea. Toilet, shower, fully equipped kitchen with induction stovetop and hot-air oven, fridge and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are available in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included. Outdoor furniture both on the "jetty" and on the leeward side. Only 130 m walk over the hills down to the sea and the beach!

Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen as well as fresh bathroom. 40 min Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Super cozy accommodation almost directly at the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a brilliant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.
