Modern, simple, Nordic décor located on a quiet residential road within short walking distance to trains, buses, Næstved city centre, cafes, shopping and Næstved's new Arena. Suitable as a base for e.g. business people, students or tourists who would like to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to the beach, golf, forest and history just outside. Parking on the road outside the residence.

Enjoy the light and nature in this unique and tranquil home, located a little walk from the coast. Soul and charm, peace and quiet. The house is small (75 m2 and slanted walls), but it has everything. Located peacefully, by a disused railway. Easy to get to and close to ferry, Gedser city with restaurants and Denmark's southernmost point, and c's 3 km from the best beaches at goat village. Perfect for cycling tourism. Art on the walls and casual decor. Two floors, sleeps 3 upstairs and sofa bed down. Sea view from the 1st floor.
