Fully furnished apartment (approx. 65 sqm) in a quiet location near the Isarauen. Completely renovated 3-room apartment with new bathroom ( incl. Washing machine )as well as an absolutely new kitchen incl. Basic equipment for cooking. There is also a cot ( 1-3 years ) and a highchair. For all Hubert & Staller fans. On September 19, 2018, our house (ground floor and garden) was the backdrop for filming. Since we live in times of coronavirus, our apartment will be disinfected after each holiday guest.

Cozy apartment on the ground floor with private terrace. Seaside resorts, shopping and restaurants - all within easy walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Swimming area with kiosk approx. 1.5 km (accessible via car-free pedestrian cycle path). From November to about the beginning of April there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the landscape protection area.
