Located on our private country estate about 9 miles from St Andrews. Price includes bed linen, towels, wi-fi & electricity, starter pack of coal, & logs for the fire. Sleeps 4 adults + child/baby, in 1 double bed, 2 single beds & futon. Cot provided. Also an EV charger. We have a full STL licence no. FI-00612-F, granted by Fife Council. Sorry, no pets.

Newburgh, Fife is an historical town. In the 18th century linen was woven in weaving sheds and cottages which still reflects in its architecture today. The town is sandwiched between the river Tay and a hillside providing ample walks and other sport activities. Many visitors start on the ‘ Fife Coastal Walk’ from this location. The chapel has excellent wifi. The town is self sufficient with shops, post office, chemist, doctors, dentist, garage, gallery and its very own distillery!
