The Guest Suite at Walnut Grove Farmhouse

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

WATERFRONT lawn to reside at; a large deck above the Boat house for eating and gathering; private patio between the North and Main cottages for dining and views of the lake! It's like glamping in a park-like setting! This is a well equipped house with a lofted mattress and an outdoor hot shower, you can enjoy a unique experience staying in this tiny house! It is located on private property separate from the residence and is next to a tranquil pet friendly park, walking path and labyrinth. You will be close to downtown Rochester (5 minute drive), Wegmans (walk ~ 10 min), Cobbs Hill, which overlooks the city and skyline, all Universities and festivals.

Tree Camping

Here's an opportunity to elevate your camping experience. Sleep above ground away from the critters and creepies best left to themselves. The tent is extremely comfortable with the feeling of being in a giant hammock. The chosen camp site is located on a peninsular with creeks on three sides. It's total privacy. You'll get the feeling of being in the wilderness. The bathroom is about 1/4 mile away. We are on the east side of Seneca Lake with 75 acres of woods, creeks and orchards.

Catharine Cottages (#1 Seneca)

The cottages are delightful with luxury inside and nature outside. They comfortably sleep 2 - 4 with 2 double beds in one large room. Each cottage has a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with coffee/tea supplied. We offer a breakfast basket with premium oatmeal, muffins, local cheese & jam, and fruit. Outside there is a covered porch with rockers and a picnic table with a private fire pit and charcoal grill. We supply firewood ($4 a bucket) and charcoal (free).
