The house and surrounding area is well arranged for families with children with lots of different facilities such as proximity to popular Høllestranda (1 min walking distance) and Åros holiday center (4 min by car) ,(15 min to walk). There are also nice hiking areas for both large and small. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms divided into 2 floors. The children's bedroom is not depicted due to exposure

Kristiansand center is 15 km away. There are good bus connections with busstop 3 minutes walking distance from the holiday house. Perfect for families with children, as one bedroom upstairs has been converted to a small tv living room with sofa bed. The cabin contains most of what you need! Check in is from 15: 00 and check out is at 11: 00. NO party!

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Vakre turområder i kort nærhet og badeplasser, ca 20 min til dyreparken og 13min til sentrum med bil. Hage med innglasset utestue og peis. Trampoline og lekehus. Har en stor loftstue med en del leker til barn. Grill har vi også som kan brukes av gjestene. Mulighet for dobbelt luftmadrass i loftstuen også.

The townhouse is located on Grim, about 5 min drive to Kristiansand City City. Family friendly area. Menu food shop 1min from house. The house is newly renovated. There are three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with a single bed for children. You can have two floor mattresses in one bedroom. Simple and cozy furnished with all necessary amenities.

Summer paradise Apartment on the farm by the sea is rented. Private bathroom studio. Combine farm holidays with pier and swimming life on idyllic Ås outside Mandal. Here you can get fresh eggs for breakfast before rushing 250 meters down to the jetty or swimming bay. 20 minutes from Mandal and 60 minutes from the zoo in Kristiansand.

We live in a quiet place called Fiskåtangen, only 7 min from Kr.sand city center by car, 15 min by bike. The house is not far from the sea, with a bathing jetty, diving board and a small beach:) At Fiskåtangen we have two playgrounds and a large park/free area called Myren Gård. This is a nice place to be with kids:)
