Beautiful, modern, brand new apartment with two bedrooms, lots of light, and lovely outdoor space with exclusive use of a charming outdoor bath tub. Welcome to our sanctuary on the hill just a mile from downtown Asheville. This is a sweetly remodeled 1 bedroom basement apartment with its own private entrance. We have all utilities and luxuries restored after hurricane Helene and look forward to hosting you! This is a pet friendly space in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We do live on a hill and parking is on street but it is low traffic and a short walk to several restaurants and cafes.
