Nice 3-persons souterrain in the centre + parking

Midden in de leukste winkelstraat van Bussum kunt u dit knusse, gezellige souterrain vinden. In deze winkelstraat bevinden zich allerlei leuke restaurants en cafés waar je je prima kan vermaken! Het souterrain zelf heeft twee slaapkamers (eenmaal tweepersoonsbed + eenmaal eenpersoonsbed) en een badkamer met bad en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het souterrain bevindt zich op 10 minuten loopafstand van treinstation Naarden-Bussum. In 25 minuten brengt de trein u naar Amsterdam Centraal!

Beautiful apartment the Garden Room

The Garden Room has a lot of windows that look out on the garden. A lovely space to be with a separate bedroom. The bathroom is in the hall. ( here is also the entrance of 1 other apartment with its own bathroom) In the living room there is a dining table with chairs, a sitting area with a large sofa and a kitchen with double hob. The space is high and there is a staircase that can go down so the loft could be used. On request, there is an extra sleeping place here for 2 people.

This quiet wooded villa has a very central location. In 15 minutes by car/train, you are in Amsterdam or Utrecht. The penthouse has its own access with two double bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Parking is plentiful on enclosed property. There is a laundry room in the basement. There is also a private sunny terrace. Rent at least per month for a set time.

From this perfectly located home base everything is within reach. Across the street is a supermarket. The train station is at 10 minutes walking distance and within half an hour you will be in Amsterdam or Utrecht. There is free parking in the street. Around the corner is a beautiful nature area, forest and heath. Bussum is a small and cozy village with nice restaurants, shops and bars.
