New apartment near the World Cup facility in Granåsen!

Still available last week of Ski-VM 2025! Spacious apartment with high standard centrally located at Byåsen, only 2.5 km along the footpath to the arena for World Cup 2025 in Granåsen. Short distance to the city center and good public transport by bus and tram. This is my home that I rent out when I am out on work trips or spending time in the cabin. The apartment is warm and cosy, with extra ceiling height and large window surfaces. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms:-) Heated garage with electric car charger.

Pause from everyday life? Experience beautiful sunsets and be up close! The cabin is located at the end of a dead end road, unobstructed location with panoramic views. Modern design. Just you and nature. A fantastic starting point for fishing, kayaking, sup and beach life. A rich wildlife, see the sea eagle that can soar slowly past. Large garden with lawn, large terraces. Unique accommodation close to nature at Hammervatnet

A pearl at Hammervatnet on the hill. An amazing experience for two people. The dome is 23 m2 with windows in the sky and front. Look at the stars and beyond the water from the bed. The dome stands on a 70 m2 flat with overhead over the water where there is access to a boat and fire pit shoe. The dome also has a toilet room. Hammervatnet offers fantastic fishing all year round, we have boat and equipment for fishing both from boat, land and ice. If this is of interest during your stay, please let us know.

Relaxing house with a view.

Nicely renovated house with a great view located in a quiet hillside street. If you want a worry-free rental, this is the place you're looking for! Here you can feel at home. Everything is arranged for a comfortable stay. The cat may be a little skeptical at first, but it doesn't take longe before he becomes comfortable. He loves to cuddle! It is important to know that locking him outside is NOT an option. If you don't like cats, this house is not for you, as he is my dearest possesion :)

Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og bålpanne. Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Cozy house in a fantastic location. in the city center.

Lovely space located by itself by the beach. perfect area for recreation. nice hiking areas nearby, but at the same time short distance to the city center (500) with all of the offers one might need. lightning fast internet through fiber. (100/100mb) bed linen and towels are brought by guests.
