You will immediately be captivated by this overlooking sea view. The sun loungers invite you to rest and contemplation: sea, sky, cliff, century-old pines. From the vast landscaped garden a path down to the beach. This magnificent cottage has retained all the charm of tradition. Its old-style roof, cozy decor, and sea views call for a serenity of another time :relax by the fire after long walks in the Cote d 'Albâtre. Veulettes: the countryside by the sea, a very small seaside resort with a little old-fashioned charm (35 km from Étretat Charming typical Norman cottage with its thatched roof, its half-timberings, its pleasant flowered garden. You will be captivated by this dominant view of the sea and the cliff. Bright ,comfortable house with refined decoration. Extensive stay ,where you can spend beautiful evenings by the fire. The kitchen is new and very well equipped ,there is the necessary and the superfluous to cook.. normal coffee maker and nespresso, squeegee machine,waffle iron,etc...spices The house has 4 bedrooms: -2 rooms with a double bed including 1 sea view. -1 bedroom with 2 single beds. -1 bedroom called "cabin",very small:5m2 with window , a bed of 190*80 Hi-Fi, CD , DVD BBox fiber:Wi-Fi excellent speed 388 TV channels,Bouquet Press . books , comics,board games,toys ( Kappla,Lego,Labyrinth of marbles) Barbecue , garden furniture and teak sunbathing. Badmington, petanque games,Molki. You're at home! This cottage is our family refuge for holidays or weekends away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. We fully restored most of it ourselves in 2016,and we hope to continue to make improvements each year. We leave our memories ,our old family furniture patina by the time or refurbished to the taste of the day. There is everything to spend great times together both inside and out. I have no doubt that you will love the place and its magnificent view as much as we love it! Veulettes is a tiny little seaside resort. As much as the village is lively in season ,as many in winter there are only 2 restaurants ,the micro casino,and the grocery/bakery open! But this region and its walks are sublime summer and winter! We will send you by email a small guide of the place and the region ,we leave many guides,as well as hiking directions in the house: You will never have time to see everything, to do everything! You'll have to come back! Excellent stay in the Alabaster coast and Pays de Caux! A private path allows access to the beach and the center quickly (600 meters) This dirt road is sloping,and it is not passable in a stroller. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want more information about the region or if you encounter any problems during your stay. So that you can better prepare your trip I thank you for sending me your email that I send you a small guide of the house and the surroundings. Veulettes, a tiny seaside resort with a little old-fashioned charm, is located in the heart of the Alabaster Coast and the Pays de Caux. Water activities, tennis, golf, many hiking trails, casino. By the GR 21 you will walk along the sea, the cliffs, and discover breathtaking landscapes, summer and winter, mansions and sumptuous gardens. Maupassant region, loved by Monet and the Impressionists, it is also a gastronomic stage. You won't have time to see everything! By car: 2 hours from Paris (200km),if traffic allows... 50 minutes from Le Havre , 1 hour 10 minutes from Honfleur 35/40 minutes from Dieppe or Etretat 45 minutes from Rouen Veules les Roses 15 minutes Varengeville 3O minutes Sncf Station the nearest Yvetot 35 km(Paris st Lazare/Yvetot: 1h50) Then coach connection sncf to St Valery en Caux or Cany Barville (9 km each from Veulettes) Ferry: Dieppe Bed linen and towels are a paid option: 15€/person. Ask one week in advance. In the kitchen,I leave at your disposal a kitchen and grocery store to facilitate your installation. With this in mind: Please replace what you finish so that the next ones can enjoy the same service. There is a Nespresso machine, remember to bring your capsules! even if we always try to leave you a few.

Olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and other basics are available. LIVING ROOM --> TV, 6 seats dining table, sofa bed (can accomodate one more person), USB speakers, luggage storage BATHROOM --> XL shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, curling iron BEDROOM --> seaview from the bed, 160X195cm bed with premium bedding sets, big double closet with drawers and hangers, roller shutters. -- > + A WELCOME TREAT ! The flat is entirely available for you. It is ideal for 2 people but can accomodate 1 more on the sofa bed. In order to assist you, I have prepared a very detailed House Manual that you will receive by email when you complete your booking. Even though I am not always around, I have arranged some co-hosts who can assist you in case of emergency. However I am available on the phone all the time, 7 days a week. I am cooperative, easy going and willing to satisfy your requests. Just feel free to contact me ! The apartment is in a scenic location facing the Golfe Bleu, a romantic spot of the Cote D'Azur. Go for a picturesque walk along the cliffside trails, spread out on the sunny beaches a short walk away, and experience Monaco's famous sights nearby. The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

Wonderful apartment with fireplace on the beach

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Mariposa on the beach. A private parking space will be at your disposal in the private courtyard of the Villa as well as a beach cabin. The apartment consists of a living room with 2 windows overlooking the sea. This room is furnished with a fireplace in perfect working order, two linen benches from the Flamant brand, and a convertible sofa (excellent sleeping quality and easy opening). The Dining Room is furnished with a nice round table of the Flamant brand, with 6 armchairs, and has 2 windows with sea view, and is furnished with a convertible sofa. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, glass plates, oven, fridge and freezer, nespresso coffee maker (capsules provided). The room is furnished with a custom bed of 155 x 200 cm, led reading lights, and a TV screen on the wall. This room is furnished in a cocooning spirit. It has two windows with sea view. A nice marble bathroom, separate toilet, closets. Exceptional sea view. Unlimited high-speed WiFi, TV and vod access player. Connected radiators to allow you to adjust the temperature of the accommodation (smartphone application) before your arrival. Have a nice stay in Trouville;-) Unlimited high-speed WiFi, TV and DVD player, channel +, vod access. I am available and regularly on site. My maid lives a few steps from the apartment A few meters from the sea, but also a stone's throw from the shops of the rue des bains, the fish market and excellent restaurants, this apartment enjoys an exceptional and popular location. Outdoor parking space adjoining the Apartment In order to make your stay exceptional, I will recommend a special sports coach, the best places to find as well as secret places.
