High Tech, Castello Tetti e Mare

The Maniace Castle, the fortress that protects the entrance to the large port of Syracuse, a natural inlet facing the west side OF YOUR "postpart" from the terrace from which you can enjoy sunsets and dreamy sunrises. It is located in Via Salomone, a curved street that flows into the castle square where single-storey houses alternate with taller nineteenth-century buildings. One of these has been totally renovated, the staircase ends on the third floor of the building which like an island suspended between the roofs allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view over all four quadrants of the compass. To the west on the Natural port of Syracuse, to the east On the eastern sea, to the south on the Maniace Castle and on the opposite entrance of the port from which the Plemmirio Marine Protected Reserve departs, finally to the north stand the dome and bell towers of the cathedral built on the temple of Minerva and the church of Santa Lucia alla Badia, both lying in the majestic Piazza Duomo. The remarkable height of the attic has allowed us to give the house a loft area and create another level supported by glass inserts, iron beams, teddy bears and wooden slats that create a pleasant continuity and amplify the views of the sky and sea. The effect is that of a free tower on all four sides. The rooms are very bright thanks to 4 large Velux skylights on the roof of the main bedroom and the seven balconies that now frame the dome of the church of the Holy Spirit that stands on the long eastern sea, now a stretch of sea furrowed by the boats of local fishermen. While from the terrace, 20 square meters cut into the sloping roof, which is accessed by two window doors, overlooks the entire island of Ortigia. the entrance directly enters the kitchen composed of a wooden island complete with all the high-tech accessories that seamlessly leads us to the Living area gathered around the fireplace, from here an exposed iron staircase, opposite that side of the kitchen in submarine style wood with storeroom below, takes us to the level of the terrace in a completely transparent glass loft. On the west side extends a first bedroom of about 40 square meters above which is the other bedroom of the same size that is reached through the wooden staircase that also leads to the bathroom and the second entrance to the terrace. The technological part is complemented by flat internet connection and WiFi, additional Hi FI system with amplified subwoofer to listen to the music from any MAC device, PC, tablet or mobile apple/android. Last but not least, air conditioning that you will probably never need to use considering the microclimate present in your "Postpart" additional added value that you will find.

Chiara Villa

Ancient Villa of 1908, built to become a factory of lemon and orange essences, which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Subsequently renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. Both homes can be booked for up to 8/9 guests. There is an intimate inner courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests to enjoy. The two villas are presented in a different style, there is a modern and a classical villa. The first , which can accommodate up to 4 people, is characterized by a modern style, with exposed living stone walls and wooden trusses, and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a breakfast peninsula, 55-inch TV, large relaxation sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double room with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning and an attic overlooking the living area. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterised by an ancient style, also with living stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an imposing fireplace, which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfasts and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms, one double with bathroom in the room , where there is air conditioning, and the other a loft overlooking the living area, equipped with the Polyphemus Ion refrigerator. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

Terrace Sea View in the Town Center Design and Art

Step into a home where the minimalist decor is elevated by designer lighting, vintage furnishings, and contemporary art adorning the walls. The apartment is on a top floor 1880 building, NO ELEVATOR (travel light), the location is on the centre of Siracusa (5 min walk from Ortigia and the other amenities of the town) bars restaurants and small and big supermarkets are walking distance (maximum 5 min) . There's one bed room (ask if you need a baby bed) with a double queen size bed. One spacious bathroom and a kitchen. A full furnished apartment with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine dishes. The terrace has a unique view, perfect for dinners and an aperitivo at sunset. Over looking on the small bay the east view and the west view overlooking on the mountains, if you're lucky you'll be able to see the Volcano Etna. I use to live on the same floor, in another apartment at the next door Archeological park is 10 min walk, the bus station and train station are 5 min walk, beach and historical sites in less then 10 min walk.

THX for interest Casita of Ely. Our little princess Eleonora, who is currently twelve years old, contributed to the decoration of the house. Today, with the help of translators, there are no language barriers; even though Spanish is the native language, it's possible to understand and interact in Portuguese and English. The Casita preserves its antique part with frames and period finishes and is perfect for two people. It is located on the ground floor and is equipped with all modern technology.
