While you are enjoying the shaded area under the house your children or pets can play in the fenced in yard with playground set. Car access to the beach just down the street.

PETS- MUST PAY PET FEE No more than 2 dogs allowed and only trained, non aggressive pet breeds allowed. Please see ‘additional rules’ section regarding pets.
