You are looking for a retreat where you can work and relax undisturbed in a stylish atmosphere. Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to Messe/Stuttgart Airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. Directly on the A 8 with private garage. If you want to shop, you can find all the stores, groceries, organic food store, bank, pharmacy, drugstore within walking distance. In a 15 minute walk, you can reach a forest and hiking area.

Relaxing apartment on the UNESCO World Heritage Site Reichenau. We are happy to share it with you! The apartment is ideal for a family and is too small for four adults or total strangers. Please have a good look at the floor plan for more details as the bathroom is only reachable from the living room! Bedroom 1 has a small kitchen area that can be hidden from view. Bedroom 2 is a comfortable sleeper couch in the living room area. We prefer guests with at least one prior air bnb review.

Light-flooded attic with air conditioning

The DG apartment at Hochstraße 13a was completed in 2021, everything is new, open and beautiful. Plenty of space, light and sun for 1 -2 people, large window front, lake view 400m air line, high-quality equipment, air condition, dish washer, wifi, private access with key box. Cozy armchairs for the south side of the balcony. Also great in autumn/ winter. The rain drips comfortably on the roof and you can look at the lake and maybe fog from the bed. Relaxation or WORK FROM HOME.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located space. Beautiful, spacious and well-equipped apartment, right in a central city location. Hinterm shopping center Lago. Still very quiet due to the great location in a residential street. A private car parking space is at our guest's disposal during the stay. Walking distance to the train station and Konstanz Hafen. Very well suited for couples, families and business travelers.

The living-bedroom and kitchen are bright and open and have access to the balcony with magnificent views. From there you can even see a bit of Lake Constance. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The whole apartment is south-west facing. A carport is also available.
