Nice little altitude nest, quiet and extraordinarily well located (all on foot, restaurants, shops, beach, parking, etc.). Comfortable bedding. Large closet. Pleasant decor. In short, a good place!

My stay went very well. The accommodation was as described, clean and in a good location. The host was welcoming and available, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this listing for a successful stay!

It was a wonderful experience staying at Felipe's place. The house was very clean and tidy and contained all of the necessary amenities plus complimentary snacks, tea and coffee which we really appreciated. The area and building were very nice, private, and had great views of both the mountains and the sea. Above all, Felipe himself was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure we had access to the apartment despite arriving past the check-in time, offered plenty of recommendations and helpful tips for us as first-timers in San Sebastian, and always answered instantly with the most helpful of responses. I would highly recommend staying here during a visit to San Sebastian!

Rental in May. Very well located apartment overlooking a quiet street, close to the ocean and all shops and restaurants. Close to cycling routes. The apartment is very cozy and the bedding is comfortable. It is equipped with all comforts and a locked bicycle room. The only drawback was that an underground parking space was provided in the residence, but it is currently closed for works (but you can park in the street). Our host Philippe is extremely kind, available and very responsive. We highly recommend this rental.

The location is great, the house is very comfortable for families with the kids. You don’t depend on a weather and the kids can have fun in the pool, but at the same time it’s a big advantage that this house is 7min walk from the bitch, which is very convenient with the kids. Fisch market is 2min walk! The house is very well equipped. Highly recommended!

We, 2 families with 5 kids between 3 and 11 had a magnificient time in Audrey‘s house. While the weather can always be a bit of a challenge in April, the pool was warmed up and hence delivered a ton of joy for all of us. House was very well equipped with all amenities we could wish for. Handover easy, house brilliant, beach around the corner, restaurant around the corner, bakery to easily reach in 10-15 min by foot. So no real negatives. Off-season price seems good too. Thank you Audrey, that we were able to stay in your house.

We had a lovely stay at Julie's apartment. Conveniently located between the ocean and the lake. We went there with our 24-month-old daughter, home a short walk to the beach 🏝️ The apartment is nicely decorated ☺️ Vieux Boucau is in a very pleasant and convenient place with a toddler for cycling and walks. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is located just before a pine forest, ideal for a walk - preferably with the dog. Biarritz and Bayonne are easy to reach, the nearby restaurants are also great (fish at the harbor, pizzerias, etc.). Jean-Marc responded to us extremely reliably and courteously and made our stay great with his open and warm manner. Thank you :)!

Very good location, everything is within walking distance (ocean, surf school, restaurant in 2 minutes) Downtown is a 15-minute walk. I recommend it.

Listing is as described and photos. We had an extended weekend with 4 friends in this beautiful apartment. It is not very large but extremely functional and well arranged. We all loved the decor! The apartment is very well equipped whether in terms of cooking (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, herbal tea) or in terms of leisure (books, board games). The terrace is very nice and allows us to have a beautiful sunset view. The neighborhood is peaceful and there is everything nearby (city center, lake, beach, restaurant, bar). Julie's instructions are clear and very available. You can do it without a second thought.
