High speed Wifi, Dstv (cable) & electricity all inclusive of price. Guests can access the entire home. (aside from owners private, locked storeroom behind the scullery). PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

Wake up to beautiful mountain views at a spacious, open-plan family home with plenty of natural light. Revitalise body & mind in the luxurious bath, or unwind on an outdoors just a block from idyllic Camps Bay beach. 6 adults, 2 children = total 8 guests Stunning open-plan space leading onto huge garden and pool with magnificent views of Lion's Head which is truly amazing to hike up & one of the best free things to do whilst in Cape Town. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern bathrooms & the entire property renovated as per the photos. Entire property is available for guests. Update on the water situation here in Cape Town: Level 6b restrictions were placed in effect on the 1st February. Daily water consumption per person has been limited to 50 litres. There is adequate water for tourists; essential daily needs such as washing, using the toilet, and daily hygiene. During peak season (November – January) international tourists only add 1% to the population of the Western Cape. This number drops from April – September. If visitors follow the daily usage guideline the impact would therefore be negligible. The tourism sector supports approximately 300 000 much needed jobs across the Western Cape - it is vital to preserve these jobs. "Day Zero" has been avoided for 2018, therefore water will not be cut off. However, travellers need to remain mindful of the drought and practice water-wise tourism when visiting. At present, visitors are able to shower and maintain daily hygiene. The majority of tourism establishments have put in place measures to ensure their water usage is reduced, and many have developed plans for alternative supplies. Recommended guidelines suggest a shower of 90 seconds. The use of baths is entirely discouraged. More than available to assist with any queries or information required during your stay - with pleasure! We go the extra mile - there's less competition there! Camps Bay is a trendy suburb seven minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Set against the impressive backdrop of Table Mountain, Camps Bay beach is one of the city's largest and most beautiful areas. Public transport is literally a few metres away along the beach front. UBER is super popular too. Guests choose UBER especially over the crazy summer season - much easier! The property though offers a double garage plus off-street parking so if hiring a car, then no problem at all NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER - only on the patio outside and the garden. Check-out is 11am Check-in 2pm Either myself, my Dad, or brothers, Russ and Dean will be available to meet and give all guests access.

If it's a big deal, we may have to charge you for it. Please leave the guest bedrooms undisturbed. This is a non-smoking house, however smoking is permitted in the outside areas. Please use an ashtray! De waterkant is the most trandy area of Cape town. Top notch restaurants, bars and nightclubs are within safe walking distance as well as the vibrant Cape Quarter and the V&A Waterfront shopping mall. The MyCiTi bus service and taxi stands are all within few meters Guest can access the whole house and terrace. I give my guest space but I am available when needed Transport around Cape town with a professional tourist guide can be organized The house is in De Waterkant, also known as The Village, which is the only area in town where essential things can be done on foot. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful shops and a supermarket are nearby. The next Citi bus stop is just a few meters away. But we actually recommend Uber to get around. Their services are outstanding in Cape Town. Selbourne Lodge is a two-level modern town house with spectacular sea view and a contemporary interior. It offers a stylish open-plan lounge, dining- and kitchen area that leads to a charming outside terrace with BBQ facilities and a mini garden. The first floor houses two bedrooms; the master suite offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the bedroom leads onto a Sundeck with a panoramic sea view perfect for enjoying Cape Town’s picturesque sunsets.The Bedroom has an air conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. In the event that a guest has departed the same day as a new guest is arriving, new guests are welcome to drop off their baggage before 14:00 hours.Once cleaning is complete 'check in' can be done. I will personally welcome you. Should I be out of town, a co-host will welcome you, or you can use the self check-in option. The townhouse is nestled in a cul-de-sac at the foot of Lions Head. Coffee shops, restaurants, and the famous Sea Point beach promenade are just five minutes' walk away. Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and Clifton Beach are situated close by. My City buses and taxis are available from High Level and Main road, only a couple of minutes walking distance; Uber taxis are available within the whole of Cape Town, and are an easy, convenient, and inexpensive way of getting around avoiding traffic congestion and parking. Netflix is available for your entertainment; Wi-fi: unlimited 4mps line. For guests who book for more than 7 days, I offer a Extra Cleaning Service' of the apartment, after 7 days, or more frequently if requested, which includes laundering and changing the bed linen and towels, at a cost of R 400 payable direct to my cleaning staff. This cleaning session takes around 3-4 hours.

Moroccan Oasis Nestled on the City Bowl Hillside

Perched on the Tamboerskloof hills overlooking the City Bowl, this humble, beautifully textured and colorful home offers a cool, tranquil escape from the bustle of the town below. Stepping under the huge lemon tree, past the little sun-drenched plunge pool and through the antique studded door, you'll feel as if you were just plucked from a Moroccan seaside village, complete with mosaic tiles, woven ceiling mats and raw stone walls. Both bedrooms and the entire living and kitchen space open separately through big doors to the outside areas, cooled by the shade of the trees. Here's your oasis!!! Guests have full access to the home. I live nearby and am always available should you need anything. This home is in a hip neighbourhood on the side of Signal Hill. Round the corner is one of the city's oldest delis, currently called The Blue Café. Stroll downhill to quickly reach a cluster of restaurants, bars, delis, and shopping centres. Uber is hands-down the easiest and cheapest way to get around. The home itself is quite far up a steep hill, so walking from the bus stop (especially with your shopping) can be testing. If you do have your own car, there’s space for a normal-sized car inside the garage area. Garbage collection - the truck comes to collect every Thursday. I’d ask that guests please roll the big bin out onto the street before 8am in the morning. Please do not put the bin out the night before.

Very unsuitable for small children. Access via many steps both up and down. Below the deck is a big wall and drop.

Camps Bay is a stroll down the scenic Kloof Road and the V&A Waterfront a 10 minute drive. My place is great for 3 couples, business travellers, and families (plus sleeper couch for extra kids). 2 cars park securely, high speed fibre Wi-fi and Cable Tv with air conditioning in all the rooms and lock-up and go electric shutters with an alarm and security response.
