Huset har öppen planlösning, 5 rum fördelat på 100 m2, braskamin, synliga bjälkar, lantkök och 2 sängar som är bäddade när ni kommer. Härlig skogstomt med växthus, vedbod och generösa uteplatser. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5 minute walk will take you to the beach where you will enjoy a fantastic view of the hills of Hammars and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
