Mother Nature House

It is a central and family-friendly space. There are two convenience stores and various restaurants within a minute's walk in front of the house. You can visit the beach on foot, and you can visit Kuryongpo, Yeon-Orang Orangerine Park, etc. within 10 minutes by car. And you can watch (Youtube. Netflix). The downside is that it's old. As it is an apartment, there is no elevator. You need a little exercise. The parking space is a little narrow, but if the parking is full inside, there is a parking line on the side of the road, and you can park anywhere.
