Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini-kitchen, wood-burning oven, plump toilet and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be placed as double or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but lots OF PEACE and NATURE. The garden with sun lounger, fireplace and tipi (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room, which can be used from 7.30 to 22 o'clock and where the dirty dishes can be delivered.

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Apartment in bester Lage. Es befindet sich direkt gegenüber der EGA sowie 10 Gehminuten von der Messehalle Erfurt entfernt. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Erfurter Altstadt ist in nur 7 Min. zu erreichen. Das Auto kann man also ganz entspannt stehen lassen. Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick ins Grüne und perfekt für viel Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag.

A separate entrance and a private terrace allow you to forget everyday life in peace. The apartment is fully equipped with a private bathroom (shower, toilet), kitchenette, dining table, double bed and a small sofa. Seating is available on the terrace and a fire pit can be provided.

Sit back and relax – in a spacious accommodation. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area overlooking the countryside. To really relax, our place also offers a hot tub and sauna. (for a fee: Sauna €50 per day/hot tub 50€ per day) !Use possible only until 10pm due to the legal quiet time! Free parking. Gas grill can be used for 10€. The accommodation is also suitable for 5 persons by arrangement.

Experience something very special. Nature, relaxation, sustainability and fun. Sleeping in a yurt. Our yurt is 28 square meters and is located on an island in the middle of Thuringia. In a park-like garden with the sound of the Unstrut. Approximately 10 meters from the yurt is the economic part. Modern bathroom (toilet, shower and sink), modern kitchen with dining table.
