Cozy cottage with sea view on Nynäs before Oknö. Connect with the whole family in this peaceful home with its own plot about 100 meters to the sea close to swimming and nice hiking areas. Close to restaurants and grocery store. In case of bad weather, we have a water pallet bath house inside central Mönsterås. The cottage is well insulated so you can stay in the winter there. Newly renovated the whole house in 2024. Have two parking spaces on the property so you can bring a boat if you are going to fish in the Gulf of Mönsterås. No parties and smoking inside.

This newly built villa (2023) is in a serene and child-friendly area. Direct connection to hiking trails leading to natural areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and has about 5km to both the west and east coast, 3km to the grocery store, 5km to Färjestaden and about 20km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.
